WINNER...Coach Dustin designed this seasons
t-shirt! Awesome Job Coach Dustin!!! I ordered a few extras if
parents of Area Champs Swimmers are interested. Let me know if
you'd like one. Because of the short time frame the shirts will be
delivered at the meet on Saturday!!!

Champs is coming up March 13th,wealways have
a new team shirt to wear to Area Champs. This season we would like
to give the swimmers an opportunity to design the Championship
T-shirt.
Be sure to include the MAKOS and
Championship Team in your design. The board and coaches will judge
the designs and the winning shirt will be worn by everyone who
attends Area Champs!! Entries are due by February 28th. You
can hand your entries to any coaches or board member. If you have

Olympic News (Feb-10): Our Junior Olympic entries
have been finalized and we are sending 16 swimmers to Clearwater,
FL for the big meet! Christie, Seth, Courtney, Tess, Skyler,
Monona, Sarah, and Hunter U. all qualified for individual events,
and Colin, Emily, Fernanda, Alina, Hunter R., Lenae, Anastastia,
and Summer will be joining them to represent the Makos on
relays! Fellow Mako Savannah also qualified for
an individual event, but had to pull out because of an
injury. We wish her a speedy recovery and good luck to all
the Makos headed to the meet!!!

Olympic News (Feb-8): We are 10 days away from the
start of the Junior Olympics!!! We have 9 swimmers who
qualified for individual events and we are also working on
sending 4 relay teams! We'll be posting more news as we
approach the start of this big meet, as well as the names of
members of our Junior Olympic Team! Go

& Kiss 105.3 Helping Haiti!!! We raised $295 to help with
relief efforts in Haiti, all of your donations went directly to the
Red Cross.
